About the Role:
Vitacore is seeking a versatile and efficient Video Editor & Content Creator Consultant to support the development of video content for our products, sales teams, marketing campaigns, and social media channels.

 

This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity. Vitacore will provide raw footage, photographs, product information, branding assets, scripts, or creative direction as required, and the consultant will transform these materials into professional finished content.

 

The ideal candidate understands how to make business and product content visually engaging without overcomplicating the production process. We are looking for someone who can produce polished content quickly, take feedback well, and create multiple variations of content suitable for different audiences and platforms.

 

·       Edit raw footage into polished marketing, product, sales, and social media videos.

·       Create short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.

·       Create product demonstrations, promotional videos, explainer videos, company videos, and sales assets.

·       Edit interviews, employee footage, facility footage, customer content, and product footage supplied by Vitacore.

·       Create reels, short-form advertisements, clips, and other social-first content.

·       Add titles, captions, graphics, transitions, music, voiceovers, and motion graphics as appropriate.

·       Create multiple versions and dimensions of video content for different platforms.

·       Develop visual hooks and strong opening sequences designed to capture attention.

·       Repurpose longer-form content into multiple shorter assets.

·       Produce simple animations, motion graphics, or product visualizations.

·       Assist with storyboarding and planning content before filming where required.

·       Recommend footage or shots that Vitacore should capture internally to support future content.

·       Maintain consistent branding across video assets.

·       Incorporate feedback and complete revisions efficiently.

·       Maintain organized source files and provide Vitacore with project files and final deliverables.

·       Manage multiple content requests and deadlines.

·       Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional video editing and content creation.

·       Experience producing marketing, social media, product, advertising, or commercial video content.

·       Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software.

·       Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, animation, or similar tools is strongly preferred.

·       Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, composition, sound, and visual hierarchy.

·       Understanding of content requirements for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social platforms.

·       Ability to transform basic or imperfect raw footage into polished content.

·       Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong production quality.

·       Comfortable receiving direct feedback and completing revisions.

·       Strong attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.

·       Professional working proficiency in English.

·       Experience with AI-assisted video, image, voice, or creative production tools is considered an asset.

·       Formal education in video production is not required where demonstrated through a strong portfolio.

·       Target rate of approximately $10-$20 per hour, depending on experience, portfolio, and scope of work

·       Vitacore is also open to a fixed project pricing or an ongoing monthlhy retainer
